Thank you for a wonderful Peru experience. It is something I shall never forget; the beauty of the country and the people. Although we had an itinerary, you always fully explained about the "Tour of the Day" the night before and/or what hotel we would be staying at the following day. You were there for us from morning to night and were especially attentive to our personal safety and health. While traveling to our destination for the day, it was great to hear the stories about the Ancient peoples, their cultures, and stuggles from you. Before the end of the trip everyone on the tour had become a family and we continue to be in touch. My husband and I would highly recommend the trip to Peru. We traveled there in Oct. 2010. Having seen pictures of Machu Picchu in high definition, we can tell you that you need to stand there, in person, to truly appreciate it. Awe inspiring is an understatement! The same is true for Lake Titicaca and the floating islands.The entire trip was an adventure. Ricardo is a most knowledgable and attentive guide. He saw to every detail and handled any problems that arose with competence. The food was excellent and the people very friendly. Our advice----GO AND ENJOY! Bob and Eileen Lockwood
In May of 2009 I had the pleasure of going on a trip to South America, PERU. I am not what you might call a world traveler, prior to this trip I had gone to Ireland, Spain, France and Italy. They were all nice and interesting. But the trip to PERU stands out, in that we had a wonderful guide (RICARDO), he was great, and the country was great also. A truly MUST SEE.
"Hello! My name is Barbara, and my husband's name is Jim. We traveled to Peru with Ricardo in May of 2010. Ricardo is a Peruvian 'native', but speaks excellent English! He took care of us as if we were his very own family, and showed us the Love he had for his country. We were privileged to be part of a small group, and received Ricardo's 'full attention', throughout our time in Peru and Machu Picchu!! I was experiencing some pain in my foot at the time, and Ricardo stayed with me thru-out our 'hike' thru the Andes Mtn's., and Machu Picchu, even carrying my bag! "
In May 2011 myself & my 10 year old grandson, Matt, joined a small group to travel to Peru. Led by RICARDO who was FANTASTIC, we enjoyed an excellent itenitary of beautiful Peru including hikes, museums , delicious food, excellent transportation vans, and extremely knowledgeable and fun guides. Ricardo's personal attention to each of us made this trip a wonderful experience. It is a MUST DO. Pam Cobb
